Cooking instructions:

1. Add 350 ml boiling water to a bowl with a rice noodles and the contents of the sachet and cover.
2. Leave to rest for 5 minutes, then stir and leave to cool for further 2 min.
3. Remember to add your favourite toppings like tofu, shallots, boiled agg, carrots, mushrooms, shrimps, lime etc!
