Shipping policy

 

  • When ordering goods, the Buyer can choose the method of delivery, i.e., use the Seller’s delivery service.
  • Within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, goods are delivered by the Seller’s partners according to the delivery method chosen by the Buyer. More information about delivery can be found at www.youmame.eu
  • Usually, goods are delivered within 1–3 working days after payment is received.
  • If it is not possible to deliver the goods in a single shipment, the Seller has the right to deliver the goods in several shipments.
  • Free in-store pickup:
    • The Buyer can collect the goods free of charge at Panerių g. 45B, LT-03202 Vilnius, after receiving an email from the Seller confirming that the order is ready for pickup.
    • Ordered goods must be collected no later than within 5 (five) working days from the moment the Buyer receives confirmation from the Seller that the order is ready.
    • When collecting the goods, the Buyer must present to the Seller’s employee either the order number confirmed and sent by email by the Seller or the order form created when purchasing online.
  • The Seller delivers the goods within the timeframes indicated when placing the order and chosen delivery method. The Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In such cases, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately to arrange new delivery terms.
  • Once the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the goods are considered handed over to the Buyer. If the goods are not delivered on the planned delivery date, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately, but no later than the following day. Otherwise, the Buyer loses the right to make claims related to non-delivery.
  • In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for delivery delays if the goods are not delivered or are delivered late due to the Buyer’s fault or circumstances dependent on the Buyer.
  • Delivery costs are indicated in the online store and may change.
  • If, at the delivery address specified in the Buyer’s online store account, neither the Buyer nor an authorized person is present at the chosen delivery time, the Seller has the right to hand over the goods to any other adult present at the specified address.
  • If delivery becomes impossible due to the Buyer’s fault or circumstances dependent on the Buyer (e.g., incorrect address and/or contact number provided, Buyer or recipient not found, goods not collected, recipient is a minor, presented invalid ID, or refused to present ID when required to verify age under applicable laws or these rules), the goods will not be resent (except where the Buyer pays additionally for re-delivery). Money paid in advance for the goods will be refunded (excluding delivery fees). If the Buyer chose to pay upon delivery, the Buyer must cover the Seller’s incurred delivery costs.
  • The Seller delivers goods within the delivery time slot chosen by the Buyer when placing the order. In very exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (such as severe weather, traffic accidents, or other incidents for which the Seller or its representatives are not responsible). In such cases, the Seller or the courier undertakes to contact the Buyer by phone immediately to arrange delivery details.
  • In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for delivery delays if the goods are not delivered or are delivered late due to the Buyer’s fault or circumstances dependent on the Buyer.
  • Upon delivery, the Buyer or person receiving the order must check together with the Seller or courier the condition of the shipment and the completeness of the delivered goods (assortment). If it is not possible to check the goods at the time of delivery, the Buyer should inspect them as soon as possible after delivery.
