Tajin is one of the most widely popular spices in Mexico that is rapidly gaining worldwide recognition.

Tajin is made-up of a blend of dehydrated lime, salt and chili peppers (a combination of chiles de arbol, guajillo and pasillo); which is the ideal combination to enhance the flavour of your favourite fruit or vegetable.

Sprinkling the spice mix onto mango, pineapple, melon, watermelon, coconut or any sweet fruit will surely leave your taste buds tingling with joy!

Also add just a bit of this umami bomb to you soups, meat or vegetable stocks, marinades, BBQ, burgers, cocktails (bloody Mary anyone?), juices etc.
