Tokyo ramen or shoyu ramen has a soup base or soy sauce and other flavors. Not as heavy as tonkotsu or miso ramen, these tasty and delicious ramen are great for lovers of salty or umami flavors. Try topping it with fish cakes, sliced BBQ pork and sweet corn.
Instructions:
Put a bundle of noodles in 500 ml of boiling water and stir gently. Boil for 2.5 minutes.
Remove from fire. Add the soup and mix well.
