Directions:
Serves 4 people:
- 1 packet of Aromax Yellow Curry Paste
- 160ml coconut milk
- 180ml water
- 200g pieces of meat (chicken, duck, lamb or beef)
- Potatoes and onion
- 2-3 tablespoons. Cooking oil.
Preparation:
- Heat the oil and add Aromax Yellow Curry Paste and heat over low heat (1 min.)
- Add the meat and stir fry.
- Add coconut milk, water, potatoes and onion and bring to the boil.
- Season to taste with fish sauce and garnish with basil leaves, green chilli or coriander, serve hot.
