Made using specially selected skipjack fish for maximum flavour, the fine umami savoury taste of these bonito flakes has been further ensured through a unique three-stage drying and smoking process. Use these flakes to make dashi soup stock or sprinkle them onto okonomiyaki or takoyaki.
