Basic Green Curry Recipe Using Thai Pride Green Curry Paste
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Thai Pride Green Curry Paste
- coconut milk to taste
- 450 g chicken breast or thighs, sliced thinly (or tofu for a vegetarian option)
- 1-2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, green beans)
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 1-2 kaffir lime leaves, torn (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce (or soy sauce for a vegetarian option)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1-2 Thai bird’s eye chilies, sliced (optional, for extra heat)
- Cooked jasmine rice, for serving
- Fresh lime wedges, for serving (optional)

- Gather all your ingredients and slice the chicken and vegetables.
