This Kimchee sauce in huge bottle is made from red chili peppers with plenty of apples, garlic and gingers. Very spicy chili pepper and mild chili peppers are blended for excellent flavor. This flavorful sauce is created with kelp, anchovy and soy sauce. All-purpose thick and rich sauce brings Kimchee flavor easily.

Use it as a dipping sauce for hot pot, topping for Sushi, meat, fish or vegetable marinade, sauce for meat dishes, or additional flavor to dressing, and not to mention making kimchi.


How to make kimchi with this marinade:

Cut fresh vegetables (1/4 Chinese cabbage or 5-7 cucumbers) into slices.
Place into a bowl and pour 150-200g kimchi sauce over vegetables.
Mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (lightly pickled) or 12 hours for full-pickle before serving.
