Premium dried shiitake mushrooms (Tung Ku). Fragrant, meaty, perfect for Asian dishes. Rich umami flavor in every bite.
Directions:
Soak shiitake mushrooms in water for approx. 60 min. Drain and discard soaking water. Rinse and clean mushrooms under fresh running water. When raw, avoid contact with other foods (be sure to observe to avoid health risk). Boil in fresh water for at least 10 minutes.
