Ingredients:

• COCK BRAND Tempura Mix (150g)
• Your choice of seafood (shrimp, fish) or vegetables (zucchini, sweet potatoes, etc.)
• Cold water (approximately 200ml to 250ml)
• Ice cubes (optional, for even crispier results)

Instructions:

• Prepare Your Ingredients:
• Clean and dry the seafood or vegetables you want to coat with the tempura mix.
• If you want an extra crispy texture, you can also chill the ingredients in the fridge or place them on ice cubes.
• Mix the Batter:
• In a mixing bowl, add the COCK Tempura Mix.
• Gradually add the cold water while stirring gently. Be careful not to over-mix; it's okay if the batter is a little lumpy. You want the batter to remain cold.
• Dip and Coat:
• Heat your oil in a deep frying pan or deep fryer to around 350-375°F (175-190°C).
• Dip the prepared ingredients into the tempura batter, ensuring they are well-coated. Allow any excess batter to drip off.
• Frying:
• Carefully place the coated ingredients into the hot oil. Fry until they turn golden brown and crispy. This usually takes 2-3 minutes, but it can vary depending on the size of your ingredients.
• Drain and Serve:
• Remove the tempura with a slotted spoon or tongs and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
• Serve Immediately:
• Tempura is best served hot and crispy. Enjoy your creation with a dipping sauce of your choice, such as soy sauce, tempura sauce, or a spicy mayo.
