Tom Yum soup is the most famous of all Thai food! It's a delicious combination of hot, spicy and sour soup made with natural herbs, and it's a taste that everyone just loves!
Preparation “Tom Yum Soup”
- 1 packet Tom Yum Paste 30 g
- 1 packet Chili in Oil 10 g
- 1 packet Dried Spices 5 g
(Item marked are prepared in the pack)
Prawns or preferred meat 150 g
Mushrooms or other vegetables 80 g
Water 480 ml
How to cook
- Boil 480 ml of water in pot or saucepan.
- Add meat and mushrooms.
- Add Tom Yum Paste and Chili in Oil and stir until dissolved. Boil until meat and mushrooms are cooked.
- Pour contents of Dried Spices packet (except Oxygen Absorber sachet, DO NOT EAT). A dash of fish sauce and lime juice can be added, if desired. Serve hot.
Microwave Direction
- Add Tom Tum Paste and Chili in Oil in 480 ml of water, stir well. Add meat and mushrooms. Put in the microwave on high heat (800 watts) for 4 minutes or until meat and mushrooms are well cooked.
- Take the bowl out, add Dried Spices (except Oxygen Absorber sachet, DO NOT EAT). A dash of fish sauce and lime juice can be added, if desired. Serve hot.
