Set for two persons contains:
- Tom Yum paste 20 g
- Chilli in oil 10 g
- Dry spices mix (kaffir lime leaves, lemon grass, chilli) 5 g
- Bean glass noodles 100 g
- Fish Sauce 200 ml
Set for four or six persons contains:
- Tom Yum paste 25 g
- Tom Yum paste 40 g
- Chilli in oil 10 g
- Dried herb mix (kaffir lime leaves, lemon grass, chilli) 5 g
- Bean glass noodles 100 g
- Fish Sauce 200 ml
Set for four or six with shiitake mushrooms:
- Tom Yum paste 25 g
- Tom Yum paste 40 g
- Chilli in oil 10 g
- Dried herb mix (kaffir lime leaves, lemon grass, chilli) 5 g
- Bean glass noodles 100 g
- Fish Sauce 200 ml
- Shiitake mushrooms 50 g
Cooking directions
2 servings set:
- Boil 480 ml of water (or chicken broth) in pot.
- Pour contents of dry dry spices packet (EXCEPT Oxygen Absorber. DO NOT EAT IT) in to pot.
- Add uncooked seafood.
- Add Tom Yum paste and chilli in oil.
- Add 60 g of vegetables of your choice (carrots, red onions etc.). You may want to fry them slightly before adding to soup.
- Boil on medium heat until chicken is cooked.
- Add one teaspoon of brown sugar and a dash of fish sauce.
- Add 1/3 of bean glass noodles from the package (or more to your liking) and leave for two minutes.
4 - 6 servings set (+ optional shiitake):
- Boil 1000 ml of water (or chicken broth) in pot.
- Pour contents of dry dry spices packet (EXCEPT Oxygen Absorber. DO NOT EAT IT) in to pot.
- Add 400 g of uncooked seafood.
- Add Chilli oil, Tom Yum paste from both packs and stir until dissolved.
- Add 60 g (or more) of vegetables of your choice (carrots, red onions etc.). You may want to fry them slightly before adding to soup.
- Add 50 g of shiitake mushrooms.
- Boil on medium heat until seafood is cooked.
- Add one teaspoon (or more) of brown sugar and a dash of fish sauce.
- Add 1/2 of bean glass noodles from the package (or more to your liking) and leave for two minutes.

YOU-MA-ME pro tips:
- Use chicken or any other broth instead of water to enhance taste.
- Add a few fresh or pickled ginger cuts for that extra hit.
- Add fresh lemongrass or lemon grass powder (available in our shop) for extra umami.
- Add fresh cilantro before serving to enhance smell.
- Serve with lime quarters or halves on a side for so everyone can adjust sourness to their liking.
