MAMA whole grain rice vermicelli is made of quality whole grain rice by modern processing. Its texture is soft, springy and full of nutrients.
Soak the whole grain rice vermicelli in normal water for 5 min or more if you want them softer. Drain the water off. Rinse with hot water and drain before being used for a soup or stir fry.
