Whether as a soup addition, in salads or in desserts: thanks to its neutral taste, silken tofu can be seasoned and refined in a variety of ways. For a chicken-like consistency, cut the tofu into strips approx. 0.5 cm thick and freeze in plastic wrap for several days - then marinate, fry, bake or grill.
